Future Fitness offers 1-2-1 Personal Training, Small Groups and Circuit Training, Health and Fitness Assessments, Outdoor Training, and Junior Strength and Condition Sessions. Activities can be arranged as sessions between 7am and 9pm.
1-2-1 Personal Training
The perfect way to restart a flagging exercise programme or to maximise your
workout with a motivating and progressive routine designed to challenge and
push you to achieve the results you want. A personally tailored session will
incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercise with a full body
approach concentrating on strength and endurance exercises whilst paying
particular attention to core and functional health fitness and flexibility.
For a limited time a number of off-peak personal training
sessions (availability on request) are available in blocks of ten for £375.
An ideal opportunity for those returning to exercise after long periods away
and to be able to train properly from the start. A perfect way to kick start
and motivate yourself safely.
Small Groups and Circuit Training
A very popular and motivational way to release steam after a stressful day
in the office or just to take time out from your busy life with a structured
session for up to four work colleges, family or friends. A rewarding session
designed to keep you all working with minimal rest and with a variety of
different cardiovascular, resistance exercises and body weight movements.
Great fun and the time flies not to mention giving you something different to
talk about at your desk tomorrow.

Gym Membership
A limited number of gym memberships are available which allows you to train as many times as you wish during a calendar month, although members are requested to pre-book their individual training slots in advance to ensure the efficient running of the gym's opening hours for everybody. A personal training
programme is designed on your first visit and can be changed regularly to
ensure the mind and body don’t plateau and improvements continue.
Health and Fitness Assessments
A series of test and checks which measure body composition, blood pressure
and heart rate, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, lung strength and lung
efficiency, abdominal and upper body endurance. Its great way to monitor
your overall health and fitness on a regular basis.
Outdoor Training
At any time of the year Outdoor Training is a great way to enjoy the local
area, whether its one of the local parks in the Epsom area or the open
expanse of Epsom Downs and Ashtead or Epsom common. There’s nothing quite
like the feeling of getting to the top of Chalk Lane or Boxhill feeling your
lungs are about to explode. Schedule in a few stops to do a few repetitions
of legs, arms and stomach exercises and you have a total body workout in the
fresh air, away from the madding crowds. Nothing ventured nothing gained or
even an exciting off road mountain bike excursion is fun but hard work.
Which ever you choose you will find these sessions a rewarding way to
exercise.

About Andrew
Future fitness is owned and personally run by Andrew Nash, a fitness
specialist with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness
industry. Andrew was a Royal Marine Commando for 9 years and during that
time represented his country in biathlons around the world (skiing and
shooting). Now in his mid 50s and still extremely fit, he regularly runs 10km and races
up to half marathons whilst training others to achieve their
own health and fitness goals. He was runner up with a female colleague in
the first series of ITV’s fitness programme BODYHEAT and as a result
subsequently worked as part of the shows consultancy team over the next 2
series. Andrew’s experience and refreshing
attitude not only makes the workouts demanding, but motivational and
rewarding. Some may even say fun!!!
Sports Injury and Therapy
Future Fitness works closely with local Physios/Osteopaths and massage therapists to
enable clients and members to gain the correct support and appropriate
treatment if they should pick up an injury or develop muscular tightness

Future Fitness Running Group
An ideal opportunity for runners of all levels to improve and at the same time enjoy the camaraderie of running with like minded people on Wedneday evenings, rain or shine. Coaching concentrates on breathing techniques, running pace, tempo and stride length and will help those who need the support to progress with all aspects of their running.
With 4 different types of sessions per month ranging from varied distance timed loops, hill sprints and fun relays to flat up tempo and off road trail routes the group makes running a motivational experience.
